Glow Energy PLC held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2019 on April 23, 2019. The company has reported an operational result for the year 2018 and approved total dividend payment for the year 2018 at THB 2.785 per share, totaling THB 4,074,079,122 or equivalent to 50% of 2018 Normalized Net Profit which is in line with the Company's Dividend Policy.
