As of April 1, 2020, Glow Energy Public Company Limited's good corporate governance and anti-corruption actions have been implemented in accordance with GPSC’s structure and authorization framework (GPSC Group) as follows:
  • At the GLOW Board Meeting No. 5/2020 on 6 November 2020, the Board of Directors signed to acknowledge the 2020 Corporate Governance Manual and Code of Conduct. This is in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance and the anti-corruption policy according to the GPSC Group Way of Conduct which the GPSC Group has been assigned to implement and push for the same standard guidelines. Furthermore, GLOW Board acknowledged the anti-fraud and corruption standard of GPSC Group to ensure that the management has aware of anti-fraud and corruption to be a model and to direct the guidelines for employees to become a transparent and verifiable corporate culture for sustainable growth.
  • GLOW prescribe its proper internal control measure for actions against bribing government agency’s officers, according to the announcement of the National Anti -Corruption Commission.
  • GLOW continued to pursue its anti -fraud and corruption measures as a certified member of the Collective Action Coalition of Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition against Corruption (CAC) in preparation for its recertification in 2021.
  • GPSC announces its No -Gift Policy, along with related messages from the President and Chief Executive Officer to its business partners on its website.
  • GLOW required the directors, executives, and employees to compile annual conflict of interest reports and Anti-fraud and corruption online training sessions and communications by I-Spark.
