Houay Ho Power Company (HHPC) is a Hydro Power Plant located in the Attapeu province, in the southern part of Laos. It is a 152 MW hydro-electric power plant and began commercial operation in 1999.
HHPC power plant is a joint venture between Glow Co., Ltd. ,Electricite du Laos (EDL), and WHA Energy 2 Co., Ltd. Electricity production from this plant is sold under long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) to EGAT and EDL.
