Glow Group by Glow SPP11 organized the 1st “Glow Yoga” activity, which is one of its health promotion activities, at Map Yang Phon Witthayakhom School in Pluak Daeng District, Rayong Province. The yoga sessions with expert instructor had been held on a regular basis during the period of one month and open publicly for all community members who were interested in joining. This activity was aimed at promoting good health and wellbeing of the community with the balance between healthy body and focused mind. The activity had been warmly welcomed and participated continuously by the local community throughout the project period.
